Rewire Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Rewire mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Rewire is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help users overcome porn and masturbation addiction through personalized recovery tools, including guided journaling, therapeutic prompts, craving control techniques, goal-setting, habit tracking, and progress monitoring.
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Rewire is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App provides educational and supportive content only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding addiction, mental health, or medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced in the App.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rewire. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
5. User Account and Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
6. Subscription and Billing
- Rewire offers subscription-based premium featuresSubscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your iTunes Account Settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Rewire, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. User Content and Conduct
Content You Create
- You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, voice recordings, etc.)
- You grant Rewire a license to process your content to provide personalized features
- You are responsible for the content you create and share
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the App's functionality
- Share explicit, inappropriate, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
9. Intellectual Property
- Rewire and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Rewire LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission
- All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the property of their respective owners
10. AI and Personalization Features
- Our AI analyzes your usage patterns and content to provide personalized recommendations
- AI-generated insights and prompts are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
- You understand that AI recommendations are not professional medical or therapeutic advice
11. App Store Terms
Your use of Rewire may also be subject to additional terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms will control regarding your use of the App through that platform.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We make no warranties about the effectiveness of the App for recovery purposes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewire LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
